"I processed an order and immediately realized that the incorrect color was ordered. Within 30 Seconds I alerted Lazer of the mistake. I tried to cancel the order but that option was not available. Laser informed me the next day that I waited too long to either cancel or modify the order. Absolutel incompetence and worst customer service experience. Next time I will purchase another brand"
