For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your Lazer helmet within 60 days from the original date of purchase it may be returned for a refund. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping and handling.

  • We will provide a free shipping label with your return/exchange.
  • Return authorization is not necessary, and we do not issue RA#s for consumer returns.
  • We can only accept refunds for purchases made through Lazersport.ca.
  • Please enclose with the return the documents provided during the return process flow at https://returns.shimanoindoor.ca/
  • If you need a different color or size, please follow the directions for exchange within the 60 day exchange period at returns.lazersport.ca.
  • Please note that it will take most banks 3-6 business days for the credit to be reflected in your available balance after you receive your email return confirmation. The refund will show as SHIMANO/PEARL IZUMI
  • RETURNING AN EXCHANGED ITEM: While our automated system only allows an item to be returned or exchanged one time, we are happy to help set up a return for this item. Please email info@lazersport.ca with "EXCHANGE RETURN" and our customer support team will be happy to assist.
