When an order has been placed on our site (checkout has been completed and you receive an order confirmation email from us), our warehouse will ship the item(s) within 1 business day for express shipping and 2-4 business days for ground shipping (our warehouse is open Monday - Friday excluding holidays).

Poor replacement buckle for something that you really shouldn't need to replace

"No instructions on how to install. It was almost impossible to replace a broken buckle on my one-year old Z1 helmet. I ended up having to cut the strap in order to install. Lazer should just make better buckles so that customers don't have to try to replace them. Will not purchase another Lazer helmet after this experience."
