Can a visor be added/attached to the Tempo?: I don't I don't think so. One of the primary reasons I bought this helmet was the fact that it did not have a visor.
What are the 4 oblong 3/4 inch velco strips for, that are in the packaging for the Tempo KinetiCore?: Hello Dan, those are additional attachment points you can add to your helmet to fine tune padding placement or add padding to customize comfort.
Hi Lazer team: I used MEDIUM size (55-59 cm). Would this One Size fit me well?: Hello Daniel, Yes it would fit that range. The Tempo unisize fits 54-61cm.
